Rachael is a Toledo native and received her bachelor's in fine art at Bowling Green State University in Two-Dimensional studies in 2013. She primarily works with charcoals and graphite. Her work explores the deep contrast between light and dark. She believes that the striking contrast helps evoke an emotional connection to each piece allowing the viewer to have their own experience.
