Ekelund is Sweden's oldest weaving mill with textile traditions dating back to the 1400s and as a company since 1692. Artisanally crafted textiles with timeless designs made in a factory in Horred on the Swedish west coast. All production in the weaving mill takes place in their own factory. They import yarns, then weave, prepare, and manufacture.
Their first delivery to the Swedish royal court was made in 1878 to Gustav V and continues to this day. Being a royal court supplier is a prestigious distinction Ekelund carries with pride.
