Dear Art Collector', a 100% lawn cotton handkerchief with embroidery. It can be seen as a functional domestic art handkerchief or an artwork to be framed and displayed. This item is made in collaboration with Guerrilla Girls and only available in art museums and exclusive design stores around the world.
About the Artists: The Guerrilla Girls are a group of anonymous artists who wear gorilla masks in public and use facts, humor and outrageous visuals to expose discrimination and corruption in art, film, politics, and pop culture. In 30 years, they have come up with over a hundred posters, street projects, actions, books, and billboards. Most recently they did a stealth campaign in New York about the super rich hijacking art, and a wall in Reykjavik about discrimination in the Icelandic film industry. Their retrospective in Madrid has drawn thousands of people. Coming up – street and museum projects all over Minneapolis. They travel the world doing gigs and workshops, inspiring others to create their own effective activist campaigns.
