Egypt in Toledo: The Ancient Egyptian Collection at the Toledo Museum of Art

Ancient Egyptian art has been integral to the Toledo Museum of Art’s collection since its earliest days, when Museum founders Edward Drummond Libbey and Florence Scott Libbey brought eleven crates of artifacts back to Toledo from Cairo in 1906.
