Jamie Kripke grew up in suburban Toledo, Ohio, the son of an artist and a businessman. Jamie has a BA in Philosophy from the University of Colorado. While living in San Francisco, he continued his studies at the California College of the Arts, Art Center, and the San Francisco Art Institute. Since then, he has created images for clients such as HP, Sony, Mini Cooper, The North Face and Visa. His editorial work has appeared in ESPN, Esquire, Forbes, The New Yorker, Time, Wired, and many others. Jamie has been working as a full-time professional photographer since 2003.
