Mark Wagar - Toledo Native Artist
Mark Wagar is a Toledo native and has a B.F.A. in Glass from Bowling Green State University. He spent most of his life as a resident of Toledo’s Historic Old West End, blowing glass at the Toledo Museum of Art’s hot shop. His work is in the homes of collector’s around the world and he has received the Dominic Labino Award for Excellence with Glass twice. He has a piece in the permanent collection of the Evansville Museum in Evansville, IN. He also was recently acquired in the Fort Wayne Art Museum’s permanent collection.
