"Dots" Roller Ball Pen, a design by Charles & Ray Eames, comes from ACME Studio's Standard Roller Ball Pens. The design uses a pattern by the Eames', developed, but not produced in connection with a textile competition at MoMA in 1947. In the year 2000, the Dot Pattern was produced for the first time by the Eames Office in conjunction with Maharam, the textile manufacturer. The pen comes with one black roller ball refill. Artist's signature is engraved on the cap band and "ACME"? is on the clip. The pen is presented in an ACME metal box with a black sleeve and ACME literature.
