Online Orders

The Museum Store offers in-store and curbside pickup. When placing an order, please indicate a pickup in the dropdown menu at checkout. A museum representative will call you to schedule a pickup time during the museum’s business hours.

Phone Orders

Orders can be placed over the phone with a Museum Store sales associate at 419-254-5766 during Museum hours. Once the order is placed, the sales associate will confirm a date and time for pick up. Please allow a minimum of one hour after an order is placed for arrival. Payment is due at checkout.

When picking up the order, customers are asked to pull their car up to the main entrance on Grove Place and call the Museum Store at 419-254-5766.
